Who are we?
Our business started in the spring of 2019 on the path of organizing picnics, making us the first picnic organizing company in Hungary. It's very important for us to create something special and unique to add color to everyday life. The aim of our themed picnics and various package offerings is to experience the moment through a simple yet multifaceted activity: starring a picnic.
Welcome from Fruzsina, the founder of Effclusive Picnics: Where did the idea of picnics come from?
One evening, I was browsing Pinterest and saw a picture of a beautifully decorated picnic on a beach, and I knew at that moment that I wanted to organise something like that! After months of quiet hard work, I organised my first picnic in the spring. Since then, the years have gone by at a breakneck pace, and our bookings have grown rapidly - and our team has grown. The huge interest in the business meant we had to grow, so in 2022 we franchised 3 more regions, and today Nelly, Reni and Dorka are now pillars of Effclusive Picnics. We are also constantly growing in Budapest with the help of our main organiser, Lili.
Beginnings

By 2022, we had organized over 200 picnics and hosted over 1500 guests. We became a team thanks to Timi.
Franchise
With the growth of coverage in Hungary, we successfully attracted new team members.

This business started from a spark of an idea, and now it feels like my own child. In 2019, I founded Effclusive Picnics, the first picnic organizing company in Hungary and among the first in Europe.
That small voice we often talk about had been trying to signal to me what my path should be for a long time, but it wasn't until later, at the age of 25, that I dreamed of exactly what I wanted to do. I love bringing joy and creating special experiences for guests.
It's very important to me to have a motivated, supportive team that helps each other in every situation.
This year, one of my main missions is to create beautiful picnics from Etyek to Badacsony, beyond Budapest.

- I started the business alongside my 1.5-year-old son, which presented many challenges.
- I love nature, but comfort is very important to me - this became one of the foundations of the business.
- I don't like appearing in videos, but at the same time, I love showcasing the behind-the-scenes processes.

I'm Bogi, the administrative manager of Effclusive Picnics, Fruzsi's right hand. A
At the beginning of the year 2025 I joined the Effclusive Picnics super team.
I am currently a final year student of Economics and Management in Budapest.
I love nature, I've always been drawn to it. Since I was a little boy, I spent all my free time in nature whenever I could. Not in the form of a beautifully decorated picnic, of course.
Now as an adult, it's fantastic to see how wonderful it is to experience the closeness of nature in the form of a perfect picnic. As soon as I saw the breathtaking picnics at Effclusive Picnics I fell in love.
Now I'm trying to bring this love to as many people as possible through my work, so that others can experience what it's like to be outdoors in the fresh air, in the great outdoors, while sitting at a beautifully decorated table in the utmost comfort, eating delicious food with your favourite people.

- I have been riding for almost 16 years, I have my own horse, Royal
- I love travelling, I have been to more than 17 countries

HEAD OF BUDAPEST REGION
I'm Lili, the regional leader of Effclusive Picnics in Budapest.
I have qualifications in wedding and event planning, as well as decoration. Five years ago, I started organizing and decorating weddings and events within my own business. Previously, I worked as an assistant, gaining valuable experience from seasoned professionals at various events .
Since childhood, I've dreamed of working in a place where I can bring all my ideas to life while enjoying every moment! I feel like I've found it!
It's a wonderful feeling to see the sparkling eyes of people at weddings or picnics as they rejoice in seeing their dreams come true.
For me, the most important thing is that people are satisfied with my work and get what they ask for from me. I organize and decorate every event as if I were doing it for myself, and I always give it my all!
My goal is for you to lack nothing during our picnics and to have a wonderful experience!
Apart from our various locations, themes, decorations, and foods, all that's missing is you!
The experience and spectacle provided by Effclusive Picnics have surpassed all my expectations. Until now, when I heard the word "picnic," I thought of the typical checkered blanket and a basket of goodies... Well... this is so much more! 🙂

- I'm also a certified personal trainer.
- I lived in a small town called Balmazújváros near Debrecen until I was 23, then moved to Budapest, where I've been living for a year and a half now!

SOUTH TRANSDANUBIAN REGIONAL LEADER
Hi Everyone!
I embarked on my first business venture three years ago.
Why? I've always wanted to attend picnics (who hasn't?!), sometimes we managed a few marshmallow roasts or camping trips, but we never really went all out. Days and weeks fly by, we're swamped with tasks, and when we finally have a couple of hours, it's too late to organize anything. But what if all we had to do was show up and someone would set up, lay out, and clean up for us, and all we had to do was enjoy?
Hmm, sounds good, right?! This image was so magical to me that I decided: I'll join the Effclusive Picnics Hungary team, and I'll be the organizer for the South Transdanubian region! Kovács Fruzsina, the visionary behind Effclusive Picnics in Hungary, has been and continues to be a great help to me. Last year, in addition to the basic services, we also held multi-day photoshoots at unique locations.
Today, we operate with almost nationwide coverage and have become a wonderful team.
So, if you're planning a hen party by a lake, a romantic getaway with your partner on top of a tunnel, or a corporate event in Villány among the vineyards, I'll help you take the stress of organizing off your shoulders!

- I'm a certified dive instructor and completed a coral reef construction course on a small island near Bali.
- I gave birth to my now 20-year-old son when I was 19.
- I still can't answer the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

I'm Barbi, and I joined the Effclusive Picnics team in Pécs in January this year!
Before my daughter was born, I worked as a preschool teacher, and now that I have more free time, Nelly and I are working together to ensure that even more people can experience this wonderful adventure.
I love entertaining others, and it's even better if I can do it in impeccable surroundings. My creativity, organizational skills, and flexibility are now focused in one place!

LEADER OF THE GREAT PLAIN (ALFÖLD) REGION
I'm Renáta Paor-Smolcz, the picnic organizer for Bács-Kiskun, Csongrád-Csanád, Hajdú-Bihar, and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties. I've been following and admiring Fruzsina's work for a long time until in the fall of 2021, I decided to join the Effclusive Picnics team to contribute to the joy of as many people as possible through beautifully decorated picnics.

- I was born in Szeged, grew up in Bács-Kiskun County (in Kiskunhalas), and have been living in Debrecen for 6 years.
- Until the age of 20, I was an only child, since then I have gained 5 younger siblings.
- I am a gastronomy enthusiast.
Dorottya Takács
Head of the Győr - Moson - Sopron region
I am Dorottya Takács, Head of the Győr - Moson - Sopron Region. I have been interested in event management since I was a little girl, and my creative, team player and managerial side was already evident. I first came across Effclusive Picnics on instagram, where I always looked at the picnics with awe, wondering when I would have a date like this. That's where I came across the job opportunity and, based on mutual sympathy, I started as an organiser in Budapest for the first time. I think that Lili and Fruji immediately found a common voice, which I dare to call friendship now.
I always knew that I wanted to start my own business and the franchise opportunity in Győr came at the perfect time in my life.In 2024, all the stars aligned and I started this project. I found wonderful colleagues in both Győr and Sopron and together with them I started this exciting, but all the more beautiful project in 2025.
To this day, every picnic is just as important to me and I can't wait to see the faces when the customers see the picnic and then the positive feedback and beautiful photos afterwards make me incredibly happy and proud.

- I started out as an athlete, I could swim before I could walk, and although I didn't become one, sport remained an integral part of my everyday life.
- Although my main profession and life is music, as I graduated as a flutist, I also have a degree in cultural events management, finance and sound engineering.
- I've been on several TV shows, most recently RTL's The Traitors, Murder in the Castle, which has brought amazing experiences and changes to my life.
