Igloo picnic experience

1. We recommend you to book at least 14 days in advance, especially for dates on weekend. The earlier you book, the more chance we have of securing an important date for you. If it is possible for us to make it happen, you can also book for the following weekend or day.

2. You can only book on our website through the booking page or via e- mail to info@effclusive-picnics.hu.

3. After sending us your booking request, we will contact you to discuss the date, time and your ideas.

4. Once all details have been discussed, you will have 48 hours after sending the invoice to pay the total amount of the package. In case we do not receive the deposit, we will no longer be able to hold your appointment.

5. Our offers are valid for 5 working days. We are not able to keep an appointment until the deposit is received.

6. It is very important that you arrive in time on the day of the picnic. We will start heating the venue one hour before the time, so we are asking you not to arrive earlier. We will not be able to deliver the picnic before the agreed time. In the case of late arrivals, we will not be able to provide a longer time slot.

Cancellation and Date Modification

- Of course, unexpected events can happen to us at any time. If we are unable to make the experience due to our fault, the full amount will be refunded.

- If for some unexpected circumstance you are unable to attend the picnic, there is 1 free opportunity to reschedule.

- One month before the booked experience, the reservation can be cancelled, in which case the amount paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made within one month, the amount paid will be credited to a gift card which can be used until the end of the year. 

Inclement Weather

- The Igloo is designed to provide picnics in winter, in cold and in rain. The Igloo is a permanent site with a base, bottom insulation, outdoor heater and heated bottom blanket. However, there are some extreme situations.

- For safety reasons, we will not be able to make the picnic above 60-80km/h wind. In this case, we will find another date or credit the amount on a gift card.

•    Amennyiben nagyon hidegre fordul az idő az esti piknikeket nem javasoljuk -5 fok alatt. Napközben hűvösben, napsütésben vagy hóesésben a téli időben is semmi akadálya a piknik megtartásának. A pikniket kizárólag a szélsőségesebb időjárás tudja megakadályozni. Ebben az esetben is egy másik időpontot keresünk vagy ajánndékkártyán jóvá írjuk a befizetett összeget.

Seasonal/Outdoor Picnic Experiences

3. After sending us your booking request, we will contact you to discuss the date, time and your ideas. In addition to the package you have chosen, we will discuss where you would like to have the picnic, what your preferences are and what style of decoration you would like us to create. 
4. Once all the details have been discussed, you will be asked to pay 50% of the package as a deposit within 48 hours of sending the invoice. The date will be confirmed after the deposit is received. The remaining 50% is requested 48 hours before the picnic date, when we are sure we can make the picnic for you. If we don't receive the payment of the deposit, we will no longer be able to provide the date.
5. Our offers are valid for 5 working days. We are not able to keep an appointment until the deposit is received.

Inclement Weather

The organisers have individual rights to change the picnic facilities in certain weather conditions. For example, in the case of wind, we may not be able to set up the tents or we may replace certain fragile items with other equipment. We maintain the right to make changes. In this case, there will not be a refund.

If there will be rain on the day of the picnic, we are flexible. In this case the second 50% will not be paid, the date can be rescheduled to another date, or the payed amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card which can be redeemed until the end of the following year. 

• In the event of bad weather, we will also move out to a private indoor venue provided by you within our covered areas at no extra cost, as long as we can fit the change of venue into our schedule.
• It is also possible to set up the picnic at other indoor locations, but the cost of renting a location may occur.
• 2023-tól buborék sátrakkal is rendelkezünk, amiket kisebb eső és szél esetén használhatunk maxium 10 főig elérhetőség függvényében. Ennek plusz költsége nincsen, de érdeklődni kell róla, hogy elérhető-e az adott dátumon. Ez a sátor nem egyenlő az Igloo sátorral. Kizárólag kisebb esők és maximum 25 km/h szél esetén tudjuk letenni.

• Közterületen mások által szervezett nagy rendezvények előfordulhatnak a piknikek mellett, ez esetben nem vállalunk felelősséget. A lehetőségekhez mérten a lehető legjobb helyszínt választjuk adott területen, amennyiben az esemény hatással van a piknikre. Azonban az ezzel járó zajokat és tömeget sajnos nem tudjuk befolyásolni.
